非能动核电站安全壳涂层的设计与可靠性分析

摘要: 安全壳用涂层在非能动核电站中起着重要的作用,涂层的失效会影响相关安全系统、设备、构筑物的安全功能以及事故后流体系统的正常运行,进而影响安全停堆。 基于非能动核电站的系统功能与特点,着重对安全壳用无机锌涂层的设计特征、性能评定、使用寿命及可靠性进行分析论证。论证表明:影响涂层使用寿命的主要原因为施工因素,而核电正常运行环境对涂层的老化影响较小; 设计上对涂层提出了充分且合理的技术要求,符合这些要求的无机锌涂层满足 60 a 预期寿命和系统功能要求。

Abstract: Coatings used for passive containment vessel are very important. The coating failure might adversely affect the safety function of the safety-related system, facility and construction, and the operation of post-accider fluid systems, which further leads to safe shutdown. In this paper, based on the function requirements of the coatings used for passive containment vessel. the design feature qualification, design life and reliability of IOZ coating are investigated. The results show that the design requirements are sufficient and appropriate to ensure performing the functions of safety-related nuclear power systems and expected 60 years design life can be guaranteed. Moreover, the coating service life can be greatly affected by the undetected deficiencies that occurred at the time of coating application, while the normal plant operation condition plays a very little effect.
