摘要: 汽车起重机结构件的底漆涂装非常关键,直接影响到汽车起重机的防腐效果。本研究通过测试经抛丸表面处理结构件的不同漆膜厚度的耐盐雾性能,确定符合防腐要求的底漆漆膜厚度。通过优化涂料喷涂黏度和无气喷枪的喷嘴口径、喷涂压力、喷涂距离、喷枪移动速度等参数,确保汽车起重机结构件的底漆漆膜厚度,满足汽车起重机的防腐和涂装效率的要求。

Abstract: Primer painting of truck crane structural parts is critical to directly impact on anti-corrosion effect. This article, through the salt spray test for coatings with different film thickness on shot blasted structural parts, has ensured the primer film thickness that satisfied the specification of anticorrosive primer. By optimizing the primer viscosity and nozzle diameter, spray pressure, spray distance, moring speed of airless spraygun, the primer film thickness can be ensured to meet anti-corrosion and coating efficiency requirements.
