摘要: 汽车漆膜质量标准的提高和功能颜料的应用给车身色差质量控制提出了更高的挑战。本文以某水性免中涂( IPⅡ)工艺下汽车 B柱色差问题为例,分析了设备精度、车身结构、金属漆特性导致该问题的可能性,通过研究车身结构和色漆施工工艺(人工、机器人)发现车身结构设计缺陷导致 B柱金属漆产生色差,通过优化机器人喷涂轨迹和参数可有效消除 B柱金,属漆色差,为优化车身结构设计和提高漆膜质量提供参考。

                                                                                    Abstract: The improvement of quality standard of automobile paint film and the application of effect pigments posed a higher challenge to the quality control of automobile body color difference. This paper discussed the causes of color difference of B pillar in the process of water-based IPⅡ topcoat,and analyzed the potential effects of equipment accuracy,body structure,and metallic coating characteristics. By studying the body structure and paint construction technology(manual and robot), it was found that the design defects of the body structure led to the B pillar chromatic aberration,but the B pillar chromatic aberration was
effectively eliminated by optimizing the spraying trajectory and parameters of the robot,which provided reference and help for optimizing the body structure design and improving the chromatic aberration quality.
