房屋建筑屋面工程的防水技术措施

摘要: 房屋建筑屋面防水层直接经受外界自然环境变化的影响,对防水材料的各项性能指标要求甚高,沥青油毡、改性沥青等传统的防水材料有污染,易老化、易开裂、耐候性差,以至于经常出现屋面渗漏现象,造成严重的经济财产损失,成为建筑工程质量通病,严重影响建筑物的使用寿命。而固凝(GT)防水涂膜以多种高分子材料为主体,经过多种助剂改性,具有良好的适应性。本研究以固凝(GT)防水涂膜为例,探索新型防水材料在建筑屋面工程中应用的技术措施。

Abstract: The waterproofing layer for house roofing is directly experienced the impact of changes of the natural environment. therefore strict requirements for the waterproof materlals are needed. Traditional materials such as asphalt shingle, and modified bitumen, have disadvantages of pollution, easy to aging an cracking and poor weatherability, leading frequent roofing leakage, which will cause severe economic loss of property, become a common problem of construction quality and affect the service life of the building seriously. GT waterproof coating, a polymer based material with various additives, has been developed.This article has discussed. with the GT waterproof coating as example, the technical solutions of using new waterproof materials in the house roofings.
