摘要: 为了改善醋丙聚合物水泥(JS)防水涂料的耐水性和机械性能,以环保交联剂甲基丙烯酸酯的衍生物(HA)对其进行改性,讨论了复配乳化剂配比及用量、引发剂用量、HA 用量对防水涂料性能的影响,以及聚合中共聚物序列结构的变化。结果表明:在HA 用量为3%,复配乳化剂OP-10/MS-60 质量比为1:1、用量为2%,引发剂用量为0.5%的条件下,可制得稳定性好的改性醋丙防水乳液,由其制得的防水涂膜具有良好的力学性能,达到了GB/T 23445-2009 的技术指标。通过半连续滴加工艺较好克服了由于单体竞聚率差异较大带来的共聚物组成不均一的缺陷。

Abstract: In order to improve the water resistance and mechanical properties of vinyl acetate-acrylic waterproof emulsion, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion modified with non-formaldehyde environmental friendly crosslinking agent HA was prepared by pre-emulsified and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method. In this paper, the effect of the dosage of HA, the dosage and ratio of emulsifier, and the dosage of the initiator on the polymerization process were discussed. meanwhile, the polymer microstructure is investigated Experimental results show that polymerization process has better stability when the ratio of emulsifier m(OP-10): m(MS-60 ) is 1: 1, the dosage of emulsifier is 2% and the dosage of the initiator is 0.5%. The resulted film has good mechanical properties living up to specifications of GB/T 23445-2009. The deficiency of non-uniform composition of the copolymer due to the great difference of the monomer reactivity ratios has been overcome via pre-emulsified and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization method.
