渗透型防水涂料渗透深度的试验研究

Experimental Study on Penetration Depth of Permeable Waterproof Coating

摘要: 利用喷水显色法,研究了水泥基材料、混凝土成型表面和表面冻融损伤对渗透型防水涂料渗透深度的影响。 结果表明:用相同量硅烷凝胶表面处理后,渗透深度大小顺序为混凝土>水泥砂浆>水泥净浆;混凝土不同成型表面渗透深度顺序为:浇筑面>侧面>底面,3 者之间的数量关系比为(1.02~1.34) ∶1 ∶(0.64~0.71);随着冻融损伤的增大,渗透深度近似线性关系增加。

Abstract: The influence of cement-based materials, pouring surface and frost damage of concrete on penetration depth of permeable waterproof coating was investigated by the method of water coloration. The results showed that when surface was treated by same amount of silane gel, the sequence of penetration depth was: concrete mortar cement paste. As for pouring surface, sequence of penetration depth was: pouring top surface >pouring side surface > pouring bottom surface at (1.02-1.34):1 (0. 64~0. 71). The penetration depth increased linearly with the frost damage degree of concrete.
