摘要： 以丙烯酸树脂和高丁酰基含量醋丁纤维素（CAB）为成膜物质，TDI型多异氰酸酯为固化剂，制备了一种快干耐划伤双组分聚氨酯涂料。研究表明，醋丁纤维素的加入有助于提高涂料的硬干速率，在该涂料体系中添加漆料总量 2%的玻璃粉和 3%的醋丁纤维素可将漆膜的硬干时间缩短至 5min以内。各项性能测试表明，该涂料具有固化温度低，硬干时间短，耐划伤效果好，耐腐蚀性能优异等优点，适用于内含塑料件或液压油，需人工实现喷涂面翻转的工件的涂装。文章简要讨论了该涂料所使用原材料的选用原则。

Abstract: A two-component quick dry and scratch resistant polyurethane coatings was prepared with acrylic resin and cellulose acetate butyrate with high butyryl content(CAB ) as film-forming materials and TDI polyisocyanate as hardener. Research showed that the using of CAB could shorten the hard dn time of coatings. When 2% of glass powder and 3% of CAB were added to coatings, the hard dry time was shorted to five minutes. Various performance of the film was tested. The results showed that this coatings had low curing temperature, short hard dry time, excellent scratch and corrosion resistance. It could be widely used or the paints of parts with plastic material or hydraulie oil and the parts that need to be moved by manpower.The selection principles of raw materials were also discussed briefly in the article.
