摘要: 硅烷改性聚合物防水涂料具有优异的性能,为新兴的防水产品,但国内的应用和研究相对较少。介绍了甲氧基硅烷或乙氧基硅烷改性聚合物及其防水涂料产品的特点,对硅烷改性聚醚(MS)树脂、硅烷改性聚氨酯( SPU)树脂、硅烷封端聚醚( STP)树脂的合成机理及对应的国内外研究成果进行了综述,简述了硅烷改性聚合物防水涂料固化机理、标准、国内外研究成果,指出未来应该推进高性能树脂的研究,降低成本,提升终端产品的性能和耐候性,利于推动其市场应用。

Abstract: Silane modified polymer waterproof coatings had excellent performance andwere emerging waterproof products,but their application and research in domestic market were relatively limited. This article introduced the product characteristics of methoxysilane orethoxysilane modified polymers and their waterproof coatings. It summarized the synthesismechanisms and corresponding domestic and foreign research results of silane modifiedpolyether(MS) resin,silane-modified polyurethance(SPU) resin,and silane-terminated polyether(STP)resin. It briefly described the curing mechanism,standards,and domestic and foreign research results of silane modified polymer waterproof coatings,and pointed out that research on high-performance resins should promote to reduce costs,improve the performance and weather resistance of end products,and facilitate their market application in the future.
