摘要： 本文主要研究与电泳漆配套使用的色浆的制备。文章介绍了电泳漆色浆的组成,分析不同因素在色浆制备过程中的影响。其次,针对电泳漆色浆的特性进行研究,以分散树脂为切入点,探讨颜料吸油量、添加不同的助剂等因素对色浆制备以及贮存稳定性的影响。最后,并根据色浆的制备过程中所出现的问题以及市场反馈的信息,对色浆配方进行调整与完善。

Abstract: The article mainly described the pigment paste for electrocoating paint. Firstly, this article introduced the compositions of the electrocoating paste, and analized the different factors in the process of the preparation of the paste. Secondly, researched on the feature of the electrocoating paste, and used the dispersion resin as example, investigated the influence of oil absorption of the pigment and different additives on preparation and storage stability of the paste. Lastly, based on the problems of the preparation process of the paste and the market feedback information, the paste formulation was adjusted and improved.
