磷酸酯改性水性醇酸树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要: 先采用马来酸酐和丙烯酸酯、磷酸酯自由基溶液共聚合成一种低相对分子质量的预聚物,再与单甘油酯、邻苯二甲酸酐、二羟甲基丙酸单体酯化合成一种改性的醇酸树脂,加入三乙胺中和成盐后,加水高速搅拌制得粒径分布在20~100 nm澄清透明的水分散醇酸树脂。使用傅里叶红外光谱仪、凝胶气相色谱、热分析等手段对目标产物的结构和性能进行了表征,使用碘量法测定了树脂中保留的双键的含量,测试了由该树脂制备的漆膜的性能。同时,在醇酸树脂结构中因引入磷酸酯功能单体提高了其漆膜的附着力和耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract: A prepolymer with low molecular weight was firstly synthesized by solution radical polymerization using maleic anhydride and acrylate as monomers, and phosphate as functional monomer, and then a modified alkyd resin was prepared by an esterification of the prepolymer with monoglyceride, phthalic anhydride and dimethylolpropionic acid, finally neutralized with triethylamine and adding water stirring to obtained a clear and transparent water dispersive alkyd resin. The particle size was between 20 nm-100nm The target product was characterized and analyzed by IR, GPC and themal analysis, ete. The content of double bonds in the resin was measured by iodine titration, and the performance of the film was measured At the same time, a phosphate functional monomer was introduced into the resin to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating film.
