影响铝型材粉末涂料静电喷涂附着力的研究

Study on Film Adhesion of Powder Coating by Electrostatic Spray on Aluminium Profile

摘要: 介绍了粉末涂料附着力原理及附着力检测方法,以纯聚酯A9016SF75铝型材专用应用为例,从粉末涂料生产使用工艺过程中重要参数如工件表面前处理、涂膜固化温度与时间、涂膜厚度、成膜助剂等方面,探讨了影响粉末涂料静电喷涂附着力的主要因素,并提出相应的生产工艺控制参数与措施。生产实践证明较佳的工艺参数为:表面铬化处理,铬化膜厚度0.5~2μm,交联固化温度200℃,固化时间20 min,产品涂膜厚度50~90μm,流平剂用量为0.8%~1.5%(质量分数,下同),脱气剂用量为0.6%。

Abstract: The powder coating adhesion principle and adhesion test method were described. Taking the pure polyester A90165-75 powder coating for special-purpose aluminum as example, the main factors influencing powder coating adhesion were discussed, such as the surface pretreatment of products, curing temperature/time, coating film thickness and additives, etc. The practice size of powder, the main influencing factor on adhesion was discussed, and corresponding production parameters and technology were proposed.Experimental results and practical production demonstrated the preferable process parameters: chromate coating film thickness 0. 5-2 μm, curing at 200 ℃/20min, powder coating film thickness 50-90 μm, leveling agent 0.8%-1. 5%, degassing agents 0. 6%.
