摘要: 采用一步法,以季戊四醇(B4单体)为核,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(AB2单体)为单体,钛酸正丁酯为催化剂,合成了 Boltorn型超支化(Hyp-DMPA)。采用 FT-IR、NMR和化学滴定等方法对产物进行了表征和分析,并研究了超支化聚酯的缩聚反应动力学。以 IR、1H-NMR证实了聚酯结构的存在,13C-NMR谱图上 3种季碳的特征峰有力证实了超支化分子结构的存在,MALDI-TOFMS证明了超支化聚酯的成功合成,并计算超支化聚酯的支化度为 0.408;探讨并建立了超支化聚酯的缩聚反应动力学方程 -d[—COOH]/dt=K[—COOH][—OH],该缩聚反应属于二级反应,反应速率由羧基浓度和羟基浓度共同决定。

Abstract: An one-pot synthesis of Boltom-type hyperbranched polyester based on pentaerythritol(B4) as a core molecule and 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid(AB2) as monomer, and tetrabutyl titanate as catalysis,was described. The structure were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and chemical titrimetry. The reaction kinetics of condensation polymerization hyperbranched polyester has also been studied. The results of FT-IR,1 H-NMR indicate the structure of polyester, and the analysis of three quatemary carbon showed the existing of hyperbranced structure, MALDI-TOF MS showed the hyperbranched polyester structure, the degre of branching of the polyesters determined by C-NMR being 0. 408. The esterification reaction kinetics followed a second-order equation and the reaction rate was controled by the concerntration of carboxyl group and hydroxyl group, -d[-CooHJ/dt= K[-COOH] [-OH].
