摘要: 以水性乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液为基体,采用聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)为膨胀阻燃体系,采用正交设计实验方法,对阻燃体系中各组分的配比进行了优化。 并通过对比添加不同聚合物,考察聚合物对防火涂料性能的影响。 采用红外测温仪在钢板散热良好的情况下对钢板的背部升温曲线进行了测定。结果表明:m(APP) ∶m(MEL) ∶m(PER)= 5 ∶3 ∶2时,添加聚丙烯酰胺时制备的防火涂料受热后形成的炭质层与钢板粘附性好、强度高、膨胀倍率大,防水性能、持续耐火性能好,受热 40 min 后钢板背面温度维持在 276 °C 左右。

Abstract: A fire retardant coating composition was prepared by using waterborne vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion as binder, ammonium polyphosphate(APP), melamine(MEL) and pentaerythritol (PER) as intumescent flame retardant system. The orthogonal design experiment method was used to optimize the ratio of components in fire retardant system.In addition, the influence of different polymer on property of fire retardant coating composition was also investigated. The temperature curve of back side of steel substrate under good heat dispersion environment was determined via the infrared thermometer. The results showed that a fire retardant coating composition having the mass ratio of APP: MEL: PER 5:3:2 and further comprising the polyacrylamide polymer was heated to form a carbonized layer showing good adhesion to steel substrate, high strength and expansion rate, good water resistance and durable fire resistance. Furthermore, the temperature of the back side of steel substrate maintained at 276 ℃ after exposure to heat for 40 min.
