摘要: 介绍了轻质隔热吸音仿石漆的研制过程,讨论了配方设计过程中原材料的选择要点,通过正交实验确定包覆型轻质仿石骨料制备的最佳工艺条件为:石粉质量分数为 20%,液固比为 10:1(体积比),包覆次数为 2次,搅拌速度为 500r/min,搅拌时间为 60min。实验研究还表明,影响涂料体系密度的最大因素是石粉浓度,最小因素是液固比;影响吸水率的最大因素是搅拌时间,最小因素是石粉浓度。

Abstract: This paper introduced the preparing process of lightweight, heat insulation and noise-absorbing stone-like coatings, and discussed the selection of raw materials for the formula design. The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimum process conditions for preparation of the lightweight stone-like multi-coated aggregates: concentration of stone powder 20%(by mass), ratio of liquid to solid 10: 1( by volume), 2 times of encapsulating treatment, stiring rate 500 r/ min and stiring time 60 min. The results showed that the strongest factor influencing specific gravity of aggregates was the concentration of stone powder whilethe weakest factor was the ratio of liquid to solid, in addition, the strongest factor influencing the water absorption of aggregates was the stirring time while the weakest factor was the concentration of stone powder.
