铝型材喷涂粉末涂料流平性因素的探讨

Discussion on the Factors Affecting Leveling of Powder Coatings for Aluminum Alloy Profile

摘要: 从树脂、流平剂、脱气剂、颜料、颗粒粒径等方面,分析了影响粉末涂料流平性的因素。结合生产实际,以 铝型材专用粉末涂料 A9016SF75为例,提出铝型材粉末涂料流平性的较佳工艺参数:聚酯树脂玻璃化温度(Tg)50~ 65°C,丙烯酸酯流平剂用量 1.0% ~1.3%,安息香酸流平剂用量 0.6%,粉末粒径 20~80μm,固化温度 20°C,固化时 间 20min,此条件能大大减少粉末涂料涂膜的针孔、橘皮、缩孔等弊病的发生,获得理想的平整光滑涂膜。

Abstract: This article has described the factors that influence the leveling of powder coatings, including resins, leveling agent, degassing agent, pigments and particle size, etc. Based on the example of A9016SF75 power coatings in production, the optimal technology conditions for leveling of powder coating on aluminum profile: polyester resin T650-65 C, acrylate 1. 0%-1 3, benzoic acid 0. 6%, powder diame-ter 20-80 um, curing schedule 20℃/20 min, which can significantly reduce defects of power coatings film such as cratering, orange peel and pinholes, forming a perfect smooth paint film.
