摘要: 采用全乳法半连续乳液聚合工艺制备了磷结合型阻燃丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液,研究了不同含磷单体用量对乳液聚合稳定性、耐燃性及耐水性能的影响,并用IR和DSC对乳液共聚物进行了表征,证明含磷单体参加了共聚合。实验结果表明,含磷单体对乳液共聚稳定性有很大影响,当含磷单体用量为9%时,聚合过程稳定且在保证同样的阻燃极限下可有效地降低无机阻燃剂聚磷酸铵的用量,从而提高防火涂料的常规性能;加入2%的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺参与共聚,其漆膜的吸水率明显降低;含磷乳液型压敏粘合剂可在降低氢氧化铝用量、保证初粘的情况下,具有较好的阻燃功效。

Abstract: In this paper, a series of acrylic copolymer emulsion copolymerized with monomer containing emulsion polymerization. The effects of emulsifier and their amount. the a-mount of phosphate monomer on the polymerization stabilit, conversion, flame retardant, water resistance,alkali resistance have been investigated in detail. The result copolymers were studied by IR and DSC, and the results showed that the phosphate monomer was copolymerized with general acrylates.The optimum a- mount of phosphate monomer was 7 -9% to total monomer. The application results showed that the flame re- tardant ability, water resistance and alkali resistance were improved greatly with used the title flame retardant acrylic latex in swelling flame retardant coatings; the tack strength and peel strength were close to the that of general pressure sensitive adhesive and with good flame retardant ability under low inorganic flame retardant agent adding amount.
