原位聚合制备纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合树脂及其氨基烤漆性能的研究

In-situ Polymerization of Polyacrylate/Nano-silica Composite Resin and Its Application in Baking Varnish with Melamine

摘要: 用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对纳米SiO2进行表面改性处理,然后在溶液中进行原位聚合,制得纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合树脂。采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对纳米SiO2表面接枝情况及纳米SiO2在树脂中的的分散状态进行了分析。之后将该复合树脂配制成氨基烤漆,对漆膜性能进行研究分析表明:复合树脂中随着纳米SiO2用量的增加,漆膜的硬度、耐摩擦性都有显著增加;适当的纳米SiO2用量可改善漆膜的耐冲击性;附着力、柔韧性及光泽随用量增加呈下降趋势。

Abstract: Nano-silica was modified by silane coupling agent, which was then used to prepare acrylic/nano-silica composite resins by in-situ polymerization. The grafting modification of silica and its disper-sing in resins were studied by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR ) and scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM). These resins were then used in melamine baking varnish The mechanical properties and gloss of the film were tested. Results showed that incorporation of nano-SiO2, can improve hardness and ab-rasion resistance of the film and decrease the gloss, adhesion and flexibility. The appropriate amount of nano -SiO2, can improve the impact strength.
