摘要: 用六氯环三磷腈作为阻燃剂, 丙烯酸 - 2- 羟丙酯作为 UV 固化活性单体, 合成 UV固化磷腈阻燃单体。当六氯环三磷腈与丙烯酸 - 2- 羟丙酯的物质的量之比为 1:6时, 产物的产率为 80.3% 。经 FT- IR光谱与31PNMR 分析, 表明六氯环三磷腈和丙烯酸 - 2- 羟丙酯发生了反应。含磷腈阻燃单体的固化物的氧指数为 27, 不含磷腈阻燃单体的固化物的氧指数为 23, 说明合成的磷腈阻燃单体具有一定的阻燃效果。

Abstract: UV - curable monomerwith phosphazene flame retardant was prepared by hexachlorocyclo-triphosphazene(HCP) as flame retardan,t 2- hydroxypropy l acrylate (HPA ) as active monomer in this paper. The yield was 80.3% when n(HPA ) Bn(HCP) = 6:1. FT- IR and 31 PNMR ana lysisindicated the occurence of reaction between HPA and HCP. LOI value of cured film with UV- reactive phosphazene monomer was 27, while LO I value of cured film withoutUV- reactive phosphazene monomerw as 23. The result ant UV -reactive phosphazene monomer shows some retardanta l effect.
