摘要: 为了研究阻燃剂对丙烯酸类水性阻尼材料的影响,选用氮系、膨胀石墨、复合型、含卤型 4 种阻燃剂,制备了一系列丙烯酸类阻尼材料。 通过 45°燃烧性能、结构损耗因子(η)、耐酸碱盐介质和涂料稠度的测试分析,研究了阻燃剂对材料性能的影响。结果表明:添加 20%三聚氰胺(MAM)阻燃剂的阻尼材料综合性能较好。

Abstract: A series of acrylic damping materials were prepared by using four types of fire retardants including nitrogen-based system, expanded graphite, composite system and halogen-containing environmental friendly system. The effects of different fire retardants on properties of the acrylic waterborne damping materials were investigated via the analysis of the 45° combustion pertormance, structural loss factor (m/, corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and salt solution. and viscosity of coatings. The result showed that the damping materials comprising melamine(MAM)20% exhibited good comprehensive properties.
