溴-锑复配体系对机场油库混凝土设施迷彩涂料阻燃性研究

摘要: 针对机场油库混凝土设施对迷彩涂料阻燃性能特殊要求,设计了溴-锑复配体系阻燃剂基本组成配方。通过燃烧性能测试和热失质量分析研究了不同Br/Sb物质的量之比下复配体系的阻燃效果,得到了阻燃效果较好的最佳配比(物质的量之比为3∶1),并分析了溴-锑阻燃剂复配体系的协同阻燃机理。结果表明:溴-锑复配体系应用于伪装涂料后阻燃性能好,满足油库防火安全要求。

Abstract: There should be special demand on the camouflage paint in terms of fire retardant property if it is used for concrete facilities of aiport oil storage In this article, the basic formula of fire retardant bromine-antimony composite system is designed. The fire retardant effect of composite system with different bromine-antimony molar ratio is investigated via combustion performance test and thermogravimetric analysis. The optimal ratio molar ratio is 3:1) of the composite system is obtained consequently, meanwhile, e mechanism of synergistic fire retardancy of bromine-antimony composite system is also analyzed. The results show that the composite system has a good effect on camouflage paint which meets the fire retardant requirement of the oil storage.
