摘要: 研制了一种用于航空发动机零部件脱漆的脱漆剂, 该脱漆剂由两层液体组成, 上层为油封层, 下层为工作液。脱漆时需将工件完全浸没在工作液中, 合适的脱漆温度为 80~ 110℃。该脱漆剂具有较宽的使用范围, 脱漆效率较高。

Abstract: A paint stripper is prepared through a combination of organic base and organic so lvents.When the stripper is used, it should be heated with the temperature in arange of 80~ 110℃.And thew orkpiece must be immersed completely into the stripper on which anoil seallayer is required to cover.Thus the vola-tilization of organic compounds can be prevented,which is conducive to operators and environmenta l protection.The results ind icate that the stripper can work more efficiently and can be used in many fields including aero- engine industry.
