摘要: 研制了一种含水量30%(质量分数)的W/O型微乳液,作为脱漆剂应用于工业上脱除漆膜,效果明显。在脱除温度、挥发性、耐腐蚀性、稳定性等方面明显占优,可应用于脱除聚氨酯、环氧树脂等漆膜。

Abstract: A novel paint remover based on W/O microemulsion (water content 30% by weight) has been developed and used for removing paint in industry. The method has been successfully applied for removing polyurethane and epoxy resin coatings, which shows advantages in aspects of temperature required,volatility, corrosion resistance, and stability.
