摘要: 研究了小麦面筋蛋白分散于水中的方法以及其在水性内墙涂料中的应用。结果表明: 采用分散剂 A可以使小麦面筋蛋白分散于水中并形成均匀的乳液。小麦面筋蛋白在内墙涂料中既起到了成膜剂的作用也起到了增稠剂的作用。该内墙涂料具有良好的粘结力、流平性, 涂膜外观、耐水性以及耐洗刷性能。

Abstract: The means of dispersing wheat gluten in water and its application in architectura l interior emulsion coating are discussed in this paper.It is indicated that d ispersantA accelerateswheatg luten to disperse in water and form homogeneous emulsion.Wheat gluten acts as both thickener and coalescent in waterborne interior emulsion coatings.This kind of interior emulsion coating has good adhesion and leveling.The appearance,water resistance,and washability of the coatings film are all good.
