Preparation and Performance Research of Waterborne Bio-based Hydrophobic Coatings

水性植物基疏水涂料的制备及性能研究

Abstract: In order to reduce the content of volatile organic compounds in inorganic boarddecorative coating,and improve its self-cleaning and hydrophobic properties,with the large particle size property of waterborne bio-based emulsions,the effects of pigment volume concentration(PVC),curing agents,and hydrophobic additives on the coating performancewere studied. It was concluded that when pigment volume concentration was 40%,the hardness of the coating was HB,the gloss was 6. 3,and the self-cleaning performance indicated the best.When the curing agent was HW-2100 and the addition amount of hydrophobic additive R-75was 1%,the water contact angle of coating was the largest,the coating indicated besthydrophobicity. Inorganic boards coated with waterborne bio-based hydrophobic coatings hadlow surface tension,pollutants were difficult to attach and easy to clean.

摘要: 为了降低无机板材饰面涂膜挥发性有机化合物的含量,且提高其自清洁性及疏水性,利用水性植物基乳液大粒径的特性,研究了水性植物基疏水涂料的颜料体积浓度(PVC)、固化剂以及疏水剂对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:颜料体积浓度为 40%时,涂膜硬度为 HB,光泽为 6. 3,自清洁性最优;固化剂选择 HW-2100,以及疏水剂 R-75添加量为 1%时,涂膜水接触角最大,疏水性最佳。涂覆水性植物基疏水涂料的无机板材因表面张力小,污染物难附着,易于清洁。
