Preparation and Applications of Superhydrophilic Self-cleaning Nano-sol Coating

超亲水防雨自清洁纳米溶胶涂层的制备及其应用研究

Abstract: To address the persistent challenges of dust and rain droplets adhesion issued onthe surfaces of outdoor sensors and monitoring devices,which compromises their data collection accuracy and reliability,the TiO2 and Al2O3 nanosols were synthesized by hydrolysis reaction,the sols were then mixed in a specific volume ratio and coated onto a transparent substrate using dipcoating or spraying techniques to form a TiO2-Al2O3 composite nanosol coating. The coating with awater contact angle of 7. 4° showed significant anti-reflective effect. Additionally,the coating exhibited resistance to water washing,antistatic properties,and underwater self-cleaning performance. After being placed outdoors for a month,its superhydrophilic performance remained almost unchanged,which indicated the good weather resistance. After 90 days of testing in thesaline marine environment of Dafeng Port area in Yancheng city,the coating showed obvious anti-fouling and self-cleaning performances. These results demonstrated the potential application valueof the TiO2-Al2O3 composite nanosol coating.

摘要: 针对户外传感、监控装置容易黏附雨滴及灰尘,影响其数据采集精度及准确性的问题,通过水解法制备了 TiO2和 Al2O3纳米溶胶,并将两者按照一定比例混合,涂覆在透明基底上,得到 TiO2-Al2O3复合纳米溶胶涂层。结果表明:该涂层的水接触角为 7. 4°,显示出超亲水性和明显的减反射效果;此外,该涂层具有耐水冲洗、抗静电、水下自清洁的效果;放置于户外 1个月,其超亲水性几乎不发生变化,显示出良好的耐候性;经过盐城港大丰港区 90 d的盐海户外环境验证,涂层展现明显的自清洁效果,具有一定的应用价值。
