Abstract: 
										In this study,lauryl methacrylate(LMA)and isobornyl acrylate(IBOA)were used as the main monomers to copolymerize with acrylic acid(AA), methyl methacrylate(MMA)and other monomers. After emulsion polymerization,a series of high solid content ofbiological acrylate emulsions were obtained by adjusting the amount of emulsifier TO 3070 inthe reaction process. After drying at room temperature,it was further cured and crosslinked in a drying oven to prepare films,and the emulsion was made into printing glue for printing test. The influence of emulsifier on the thermal,mechanical,viscosity and hydrophobic properties ofsolidified films was investigated by measuring the properties of coating. The results showedthat with the increase of the amount of emulsifier TO 3070,the conversion rate of emulsion monomer reached 98. 9%,the solid content reached 47. 40%,and the elongation at break of solidified film reached 413. 88%. In addition,the water contact angle of the coating surface was increased from 66. 4° to 78. 5°,and the water resistance was also greatly improved. At the same time,in the printing test,the elasticity and washing fastness of the printed products had been significantly improved.

																								摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸月桂酯( LMA)和丙烯酸异冰片酯( IBOA)为主单体,和丙烯酸( AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)等单体通过调整反应过程中乳化剂 TO 3070的使用量,经半连续种子乳液聚合反应得到一系列高固含量生物基丙烯酸酯乳液,在室温干燥后放入干燥箱对其进行进一步固化交联制备成膜,并将乳液制成印花胶浆进行印花测试。测试了涂层的各项性能,探讨了乳化剂对固化膜热力学性能、力学性能、黏度和疏水性能等的影响。结果表明:随着乳化剂 TO 3070使用量的增加,单体的转化率达到 98. 9%,固含量达 47. 40%,同时固化膜的断裂伸长率达 413. 88%。TO 3070用量为 8g时,涂层表面的水接触角从 66. 4°提高到 78. 5°,耐水性改善显著,同时印花测试中,印制品的弹性和耐洗牢度有了明显的提升。
