Abstract:
At present, there are HG/T 4564—2013 surface-tolerant epoxy coatings and HG/T 5173—2017 waterborne primer for application on rusty substrates standards in the domestic coatings industry. These standards clarify the product requirements and provide a guide for the coatings market and boost the development of coating technology. The article specifies the standards and related technologies, including the basis of formulate, scope of application, inspection items, technical specifications, choice and preparation of the rusty substrate, etc. Meanwhile, the trends of standards for rust-converting coatings are given.

摘要：
目前国内涂料行业低表面处理涂料标准有HG/T 4564—2013 《低表面处理容忍性环氧涂料》及HG/T 5173—2017《带锈涂装用水性底漆》。这些标准的制定及实施明确了产品要求,可以规范涂料市场竞争秩序,促进涂料涂装技术进步。文章介绍了这2个标准的主要技术内容,并对标准相关技术内容进行了分析,包括标准制定依据、标准适用范围、检验项目的设置、技术指标的确定、带锈底材的选择、制备方法等,并展望了带锈涂料标准的发展趋势。
