Abstract: A finger paint could be used as a children's toy, This paper introduced its concept and the related limitation of special ingredients in the process of its production, application and test. Meanwhile, this paper introduced the current situation of the related standards conducted by other countries. Based on the limits of the harmful substances in the most comprehensive standard EN 71-7: 2014, this paper analyzed in particularthe distinction of several standards enacted by different countries, and also pointed out the problems of finger paint in China,which could provide a reference to improveme of the standards related to finger paint in China.

摘要： 介绍了儿童玩具“指画颜料”概念以及生产、使用和检测过程中相关组成元素的限量要求及各国关于指画颜料的相关标准及研究现状。 通过将当前最为全面的欧洲标准 EN71-7:2014《玩具安全—第7部分：指画颜料标准———要求和测定方法》与其他国家相关标准对比，重点分析了各国指画颜料有害物质限量要求的区别和特点，以及目前我国儿童玩具指画颜料中存在的问题，为我国指画颜料相关标准的完善提供参考。
