Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of foreign projects, this article compares the 6 domestic and/or foreign standards for 3LPE coatings, including GB/T 23257-2009, IS021809-1:2011,DiN30670:2012-04,NFA49-710:1988, TOCT and CSA Z2245.21-06. the scope of the standard, the working temperature, classification, coating thickness and the performance index of anticorrosive coating are analyzed in detail. The characteristics of these standards are described. In general, the GB/T 23257-2009 describes the more stringent and detailed demands on comprehens performance of anticorrosive coatings, conducive for quality control of coatings. As for foreign projects, the differences between foreign standards and GB/T 23257-2009 should be underlined in particular if the implementation of foreign standards is required.

摘要： 为了满足涉外工程的需要，对国内外关于三层聚乙烯(3LPE)防腐层的 6 个标准进行了 对比，包括 GB/ T 23257—2009、ISO 21809-1 ∶2011、DIN 30670 ∶2012-04、NF A 49-710 ∶1988、ΓOCT P 51164-98 及 CSA Z245 21-06;分析了标准规定的范围、防腐层的工作温度、防腐层等级划分、防腐层 厚度以及各层的性能指标等，简述了各国标准的特点。 分析认为，GB / T 23257—2009 对防腐层各方 面的性能要求较其他标准更加详细、严格，有利于涂层的质量控制。 对于涉外项目，要求执行国外标 准时，应特别注意国外标准与 GB / T 23257—2009 的差异性。
