Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic influential factors on adhesion of topcoat on surface of theprecoated color sheet Based on the results of the matching test of conventional coatings and the precoated color sheet having different aging time, and the results of the intercoat adhesion test, several types of coatings have been selected for the color sheet upon different request, which show good adhesion to the precoated color sheet, enabling them to be applied successfully in refinishing and repairing process for the precoated color sheet.

摘要： 介绍了聚酯彩涂板面漆附着的基本因素，通过对常规涂料与经不同老化时间的聚酯彩涂板进行配套试验，并长期对其层间附着力进行检测，选择了几款针对不同需求的聚酯彩涂板表面覆涂涂料，与聚酯彩涂板面漆的层间附着力性能良好。 并成功应用在彩涂板的翻新和修复工程中。
