Durability Evaluation of Coatings for Steel Structure of Wind Power Generator in Splash Zone of Hot-Humid Sea

湿热海上风电钢结构飞溅区涂料耐久性评价技术研究

Abstract: In order to boost the development of coatings for steel structure of wind power generator in offshore area in China, some samples coated with coatings produced by intema-tional leading companies have been evaluated. Specifically various simulated corrosion environ-ment and field experimentin Sanya offshore are carried out to investigate film properties inclu-ding corrosion, cracking, blistering, adhesion, abrasion resistance and corrosion spreading rate,etc., by which the durability of coatings has been characterized. The results show that the anticorrosive property of the coated samples in splash zone should be improved further. The field experiment in Sanya splash zone indicates that most of coated samples exhibit low anticor-rosive property and even have serious corrosion after tested for 6 months.

摘要: 为促进我国海上风电钢结构涂料的发展,对数家国外知名风电钢结构涂料企业海水飞溅区涂料样板进行评价研究。 开展了多种环境模拟测试试验和三亚海洋环境试验站现场试验,评价项目包括涂膜的锈蚀、开裂、起泡、附着力、耐磨性及腐蚀蔓延值等各项性能,根据各项因素对风电涂料耐久性的影响大小综合评价涂料在我国湿热地区的环境耐久性。 结果表明:海水飞溅区涂料的耐腐蚀性参差不齐,在三亚海洋环境试验站飞溅区现场试验多种环境因素下,大部分海水飞溅区涂料耐腐蚀性较差,飞溅区 1 年试验部分样板已严重腐蚀。
