Abstract:
This study was based on the Monocoat(single-coat)system and focused ontesting the recoat adhesion of coatings containing copper phthalocyanine pigment. Throughformulation design,relying on adhesion test results and hardness data of the coatings,the relationship between acid catalysts and copper phthalocyanine pigment,as well as their effects on recoat adhesion,were investigated. The experimental results indicated that waterborneMonocoat coatings containing copper phthalocyanine pigment exhibited good recoat adhesion.Additionally,the addition of acid catalysts significantly improved the recoat adhesion of thecoatings. The study revealed that the main component of copper phthalocyanine exhibitedLewis acid characteristics,catalyzing reactions such as alcohol-ether exchange during thefilm-forming and cross-linking process of the coatings,thereby significantly impacting therecoat adhesion of the Monocoat system. And adjustment of acid catalyst content could notably enhance the performance of the coating,improving practicality and reducing construction risks. Copper phthalocyanine,as a pigment component with catalytic properties,indicated broad application prospects in Monocoat coatings.

摘要: 基于 Monocoat(单涂层)体系,针对含有铜酞菁颜料的涂料的重涂附着力进行了测试。通过配方设计,检测涂层的附着力和硬度,探究了酸催化剂与铜酞菁颜料之间的关系,以及它们对重涂附着力的影响,并探究了铜酞菁颜料在 Monocoat体系中的作用机制。结果表明:含有铜酞菁颜料的水性 Monocoat涂料具有良好的重涂附着力。此外,添加酸催化剂能够显著提高涂料的重涂附着力。铜酞菁主要成分具有路易斯酸特征,对涂料成膜交联过程中的醇醚交换等反应具有催化作用。且调整酸催化剂含量可显著改善涂层性能,提高实用性,并降低施工风险。铜酞菁作为一种具有催化作用的颜料成分,在 Monocoat涂料中具有广阔的应用前景。
