Abstract: The quality assurance requirement of safety-related coating for sanmen NPP has been introduced. The standpoint to manage the quality during the whole service life of the safety-related coating including design construction and sixty-year operation is pointed out.The quality control measures considered during each period are also discussed. Finally, the important factors affecting the quality of the coating and related control methods are analyzed during coating application, with the purpose of providing guidelines for quality control of the safety-related coating for NPP.

摘要： 介绍了三门核电站安全相关涂层的质保要求，提出了安全相关涂层全寿期质量控制的理念，对安全相关涂层在设计、建安、运行各个阶段的质量管理方法进行了讨论，分析了影响安全相关涂层施工的主要因素及相应的控制手段，旨在为核电站安全相关涂层的质量控制、管理提供参考。
