Abstract: In order to reduce the noise of the running car caused by vibration, improve the drivers comfortable feeling and keep the noise level qualified to the regulation standard, antisound vibration and sound absorption materials were used in the inner body of the car. The characteristics of the novel LASD ( liquid applied sound damping )waterborne damping coatings have been briefly described, and its finishing equipment and process for automotive are introduced. Moreover, some precautionary measures and solutions to finishing problems of LASD coatings are also introduced.

摘要: 为减轻汽车行驶过程中的振动噪音,提高轿车的舒适性,使轿车噪声值满足法规要求,需在车身内部采用防声、防震、吸声材料。 本文叙述了新型水性阻尼材料(LASD)的特点,介绍了 LASD的汽车涂装工艺和设备,对 LASD 涂装应用的难点问题提供了预防及解决方法。
