水性阻尼涂料的制备与阻尼性能研究

Abstract: An environmental friendly waterborne damping coatings with excellent damping properties was prepared from interpenetration polymer network (IPN) acrylic emulsion and core-shell styrene-acrylic emulsion as film -forming materials in addition to filler,flame retardant, fiber reinforced material and other functional additives. The effect of film-forming materals, filler fineness, pigmentbinder ratio, and fiber reinforced material on damping properties was examined via dynamic thermo-mechar analyzer(DMA).The results showed that damping property was excellent when emulsions were R2-2, R2-3 and R3-I with their ratio of 1: 1: 1, the mesh number of filler was 100 and 400 with ratio of 3: 1, the binder ratio was 1. 0, and the dosage of basaltfibre was 0.3%.

摘要: 以互穿网络(IPN)结构的丙烯酸乳液(R3-1)和核壳结构的苯丙乳液(R2-2、R2-3)为成膜物质,通过加入填料、阻燃剂、纤维增强材料和其他功能性助剂,制备出阻尼性能优良的环保型水性阻尼涂料。 采用动态黏弹谱仪(DMA),研究了成膜物质、填料细度、颜基比和纤维增强材料 4 种因素对阻尼涂料阻尼性能的影响。 结果发现:选择乳液 R2-2、R2-3 和 R3-1 按照质量比 1 ∶1 ∶1复配,填料为 100 目和 400 目按照质量比 3∶1复配,颜基比为 10,加 0.3%玄武岩纤维时涂料的阻尼性能优异。
