Abstract:
The silane pretreatment process, film-forming principle and parameters of bath solution have been introduced. In particular, the process management including film weight, impurity on car body, antibacterial treatment of bath solution and spray process after bath has been described. Furthermore, the defect (i.e.,ripple) on surface of electrodeposition coating caused by nonuniform dry/wet silane film and the solutions thereto are described. It is found that the silane pretreatment has a good compatibility with electrodeposition, and shows the similar coating quality with the traditional pretreatment.

摘要: 介绍了硅烷工艺流程、成膜原理和槽液控制参数,阐述了硅烷工艺的管理要点,包括对膜质量的管控、车身杂质的控制、槽液的杀菌处理和硅烷后的出槽喷淋。 此外,对现场出现的硅烷膜干湿不均造成的电泳条纹问题以及解决措施进行了描述。该硅烷前处理工艺与电泳配套性良好,车身质量不亚于传统前处理工艺。
