Abstract:
The offshore oil platform is a high fire risk area for its compact structures, narrow space and numerous ignition sources. Regarding the fire types in different areas of offshore oil platform and the requirement for fireproofing of steet structures, this article has discussed the performance of various fireproofing caotings and their applicability and clarified the principle for selection of fireproofing coatings in offshore oil platform. It, based on engineering experience, discussed in detail the basic principle for design of the film thicleness of firproofing coating system, design pro cedure, which could be used as reference for film thinckness design and selection of fireproofing coatings.

摘要: 海洋石油平台火险源众多、结构紧凑、空间狭小,属高火险区域,人员及结构防火保护等级要求高。本研究针对海洋石油平台不同区域易发火灾类型及钢结构物防火保护要求,对比分析了不同类型防火涂料的性能及其适用范围,明确了防火涂料在海洋石油平台上的选取原则。结合工程实践经验,详细探讨了海洋石油平台防火涂层系统厚度设计的基本原理、设计步骤及相关注意事项,供从事海洋平台防火涂料选择及厚度设计的相关工作人员参考。
