Abstract:
An epoxy coating with good tolerance to surface pretreatment has been prepared from medium molecular weight bisphenol A epoxy resin, low molecular weight epoxy resin and curing agent with special structure as film-forming substance, phenol modified liquid petroleum resin as film-forming modifier, zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate as anti-rust pigments synergized with micaceous iron oxide, wet sericite powder and talcum powder, solvent and additive. The coating has good adhesion and wet curing performance,excellent rust resistance and corrosion resistance performance, and can be applied directly on the rusted and wetted surface without further pretreatment.

摘要: 为了满足现场带锈涂装及带湿涂装的需求,以中相对分子质量双酚 A 型环氧树脂、一定比例的低相对分子质量的环氧树脂和具有特殊结构的固化剂为成膜物,添加苯酚改性液体石油树脂作为成膜树脂的改性剂,采用磷酸锌和三聚磷酸铝作为防锈颜料,与云母氧化铁灰、湿法绢云母粉和滑石粉等搭配使用,选择合适的溶剂、助剂,制备了一种低表面处理环氧涂料。该涂料同时具有良好的附着力及潮湿固化性能、优异的防锈能力及防腐蚀性能。
