Study on Putty Used for Galvanized Sheet

镀锌板专用原子灰的研究

Abstract: In connection with the lower adhesion of putty on galvanized sheet, low viscosity unsaturated polyester resin modified by linoleic acid was synthetized for the putty used in galvanized sheet. When adding curing agent, a certain amount of TDI was blended. The results showed that better adhesion was obtained without reduction of other properties when linoleic acid of alkyd total mole percentage was about 10. 7%, and TDI dosage was 6.4%~8.4% of unsaturated polyester resin dosage.

摘要: 针对市场上原子灰在镀锌板上附着力较差的现状,合成了镀锌板上原子灰用亚油酸改性低黏度不饱和聚酯树脂,使用过程中在加入固化剂的同时,加入一定量的TDI共混。实验结果表明: 在原子灰其他性能不降低的情况下,亚油酸用量为醇酸总摩尔含量的 10.7%,TDI用量为不饱和聚酯树脂用量的 6.4% ~8.4%时,原子灰在镀锌板上附着力较佳。
