Abstract:
Washing process has played an important role on quality of titanium dioxide in sulfate process titanium dioxide production. The first and second washing process equipment used the domestic membrane filter press instead of traditional vacuum leaf filter, providing advantage of the low energy consumption, small investment and high single equipment capacity and being worth popularizing. Regarding to the diaphragm filter press washing process, the influence of feeding pressure, feeding amount and feeding time,washing mode and time, washing temperature and acidity and the filter cloth on the washing effectiveness was discussed. The washing process parameters of sulfate titanium dioxide had been experimenta researched.The optimum parameters were: leeding amount 15 m3. feeding time 30 min material concentration 165 g/L, the washing mode: center washing followed by 1# , 3# angle washing and 2# , 4# angle washing, water temperature50 ~60℃(winter)and 40~50(summer), pH 1.5, washing cycle 3 h, the iron content of single washing metatitanic acid filter cake 1.5 g/L.

摘要: 水洗工序是影响硫酸法二氧化钛产品质量的主要工序之一,采用国产隔膜压滤机代替传统真空叶滤机作为一、二次水洗设备,具有能耗低、投资少和单台设备产能大等优点,值得推广。针对隔膜压滤机水洗工序,分析了进料压力、进料量、进料时间,洗涤方式、时间,水洗温度、酸度和滤布等工艺参数对硫酸法二氧化钛水洗涤效果的影响。得出较佳工艺参数为:进料量15 m3,进料30 min,浓度165 g/L,采用先中心洗涤再1# 、3#角洗涤再2# 、4#角洗涤,水温度50~60℃(冬季),40~50℃(夏季),酸度pH=1.5,洗涤周期3 h,一次水洗偏钛酸滤饼含铁≤1.5 g/L。
