影响钛白粉吸油量的因素探讨及定量计算

Abstract: Three influential factors including particle size distrbution, particle morphology and titanium dioxide content on oil absorption were investigated. The rests showed that the narrower the particle size distribution was, the higher the amount of oil absorption was: the oul absorption of the lamellar particle was the lowest, followed by the spherical particle androshaped particles; higher content of titanium dioxide could result in lower amount of oil absorption. The three influential factors might be described by three theories including package theory, filling theory and adsorption theory.

摘要: 分别从钛白粉的粒径分布、颗粒形状和二氧化钛含量3个方面分析了钛白粉吸油量的影响因素。结果表明:当钛白粉粒径分布越窄时,吸油量越大;层状颗粒吸油量最小,球状次之,杆状颗粒吸油量最大;二氧化钛含量越高,吸油量越小。这3个因素对钛白粉吸油量的影响分别可以用包裹理论、填充理论和吸附理论来解释。
