Preparation of Silicone -Acrylate Copolymer with High Amount of Silane Monomer

高硅烷含量有机硅-丙烯酸酯聚合物的制备研究

Abstract: The stlicone-acrylate copolymers containing 45% were prepared by solution copolymerization, with γ-methyactyloxypropyltrimethoxy silane(KH-570),γ-methyacryloxypropylmethydimethoxy silane(KH-571), (methy) acrylate monomer, and AIBN as initiator. The influence of the types and content of initiator on the copolymerization, and the ratio of silane and solvent on the copolymers were studied. The structures of copolymers characterized by FT-IR showed that silane was reacted with acrylate monomer.

摘要: 采用溶液聚合法以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-571)、(甲基)丙烯酸酯类单体,合成有机硅单体含量为45%的有机硅-丙烯酸酯聚合物。考察了引发剂用量及其种类与转化率之间的关系,硅烷配比、溶剂配比对体系的影响。FT-IR表明:有机硅单体参与了共聚。
