Abstract:
The surface morphology of the shark skins were observed using 3D video microscope and environment scanning electron microscope(ESEM), the data of placoid scale were also measured. According to the fouling resultsof mussel byssus and diatoms, the antifouling performance of shark skins were evaluat and antifouling mechanism were discussed.

摘要: 采用三维视频显微镜和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)观察了鲨鱼表皮的微观形貌,并测量了相关尺寸,同时结合贻贝和底栖硅藻附着试验对鲨鱼表皮防污性能进行了测试,初步探讨了鲨鱼表皮防污机理。
