Abstract: If the washed fading rate of pure cotton fabric processed by pgment dyeing must achieve the effect of exposing white, the light-colored varieties should be processed by pigment dyeing entirely, the dark-colored varieties are processed by a two dye bath method, i. e. active dyeing pigment dyeing, but the effect of exposing white is not as good as expected after washing. This article discussed the technology of entirely pigment dyeing for light-colored cotton fabric, one dye bath active dyeing/pigment dyeing for dark-colored fabric respectively. The influencing factors on the washed fading rate of pigment dyeing were analyzed to control the washed fading rate and ensure the effect of exposing white after washing.

摘要： 纯棉织物涂料染色水洗褪色要达到洗后露白的特殊效果,中浅色品种宜采用全涂料染色,深色品种常采用活性/涂料两浴法染色,但活性/涂料两浴法染色洗后露白效果不佳,分别探讨了全涂料染中浅色、涂料/活性一浴法染深色的染色工艺,分析涂料染色水洗褪色率影响因素,更有效地控制水洗褪色率,保证洗后露白效果。
