DAAM与 ADH在环氧 -丙烯酸乳液自交联中反应机理探讨

Abstract: The title epoxy-acrylate emulsion that contains ketone carbonyl is prepared by use of DAAM as the functional monomer.The emulsion is then mixed with ADH to form a self-croslingking emulsion. The film curing proces is folowed by FTIR and TEM,test results indicated that the reaction betwen ketone carbonyl and hydrazine has hapened during the film curing,and the best results will be obtained in weak acid and basic system.

摘要: 以双丙酮丙烯酰胺作为官能单体,制备了含有酮羰基的环氧 -丙烯酸乳液。将此乳液与酰肼混合,制得 室温自交联乳液。通过对涂膜固化过程的红外光谱和透射电镜分析,证实了乳液成膜时酮羰基与肼交联反应的发生, 其最佳条件为体系呈弱酸性或碱性。
