Abstract:
Celulose acetate butyrate (CAB) was grafted with anhydride,which was used to prepare the UV-curable modified celulose ester resin.The efects of active monomers and photoinitiators on the proper-ties of modified CAB were discused.Coating performance on diferent substrates were also studied.The sol-vent resistance and scratch resistance of the modified CAB were significantly improved.The hardnes could reach4H,the gloss (60°) 130,and the acetone rub test were over 400 times.

摘要: 通过对醋酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)进行酸酐接枝改性,合成了可紫外光固化的改性纤维素酯树脂。讨论了活 性稀释剂、光引发剂的选用对改性后醋酸丁酸纤维素性能的影响,并研究了不同材质表面的涂膜性能。改性的醋酸丁 酸纤维素涂层在耐溶剂性、耐划伤性方面得到显著提高,其硬度可达 4H,光泽(60°)为 130,耐丙酮擦拭40次以上。
