摘要: 粉末涂料因其具有无 VOC排放、涂装效率高、储存运输方便等优点,受到学术界和业界的极大关注。综述了生物基粉末涂料的研究进展,重点介绍了利用呋喃二甲酸、木质素、壳聚糖、异山梨醇、柠檬烯等可再生材料制备树脂、固化剂和填料的研究进展。研究发现,生物基材料在粉末涂料中的应用不仅能提升产品性能,还符合环保趋势。还展望了生物基粉末涂料的应用前景,为推动涂料行业的绿色可持续发展提供了一定的理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract: Powder coatings have attracted great attention from academia and industry dueto their advantages of no VOC emissions,high coating efficiency,and convenient storage andtransportation. In this paper the research progress of bio-based powder coatings was reviewed, and the use of renewable materials such as furan dicarboxylic acid,lignin,chitosan,isosorbide, and citric acid to prepare film-forming resins,curing agents and fillers was emphaticallydiscussed. It was found that the application of bio-based materials in powder coatings not onlyimproveed product performance but also complied with environmental protection trends. Theapplication prospects of bio-based powder coatings were proposed,providing theoretical basisand practical guidance for promoting the green and sustainable development of the coatingindustry.
