摘要: 以 Q235钢为基材,制备了碳纤维 /水性环氧树脂( CF/WEP)复合涂层,利用冲刷腐蚀试验模拟 Q235钢在含砂流动海水环境中的腐蚀行为。通过对 Q235钢在冲刷腐蚀后的电化学行为、腐蚀产物形貌和腐蚀失质量进行分析,研究了 CF/WEP复合涂层的耐冲刷腐蚀性能,并解释其耐冲刷腐蚀机理。结果表明:制备的 CF/WEP涂层在流速为 3 m/s、1. 0%含砂量条件下可以屏蔽沙粒,具有很好的耐冲刷腐蚀性能。在 1. 0%的含砂量冲刷环境下,流速为 5 m/s时,试样腐蚀面积增多,涂层发生了破裂;当流速为 1 m/s、含砂量增加至 1. 5%时,涂层被砂粒冲蚀而破裂,砂粒从涂层的破裂口进入涂层内部并聚集,且涂层破裂的边缘极易形成腐蚀坑。空白试样和涂层试样冲刷的腐蚀产物主要为 α-Fe2O3、α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH、γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4物相。

Abstract: Carbon fiber/waterborne epoxy resin(CF/WEP) composite coatings were prepared using Q235 steel as a substrate to simulates the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel insandy flowing seawater environment by using scouring corrosion test. By analyzing the electrochemical behavior,corrosion product morphology and corrosion weight loss of Q235 steel after erosion corrosion,the erosion corrosion resistance of CF/WEP compositecoatings was investigated and the mechanism of erosion corrosion resistance was explained.The results showed that the prepared CF/WEP coatings could shield sand particles and hadgood scouring corrosion resistance under the condition of scouring speed of 3 m/s and 1. 0% sand content. Under the environment of 1. 0% sand content scouring,when the scouring speed was 5 m/s,the corrosion area of the specimen increased and the coating ruptured;when the scouring speed was 1 m/s and the sand content increased to 1. 5%,the coating was ruptured by the sand particles,the sand particles from the rupture into the inside of the coating and aggregation,and the ruptured edges of the coating were very easy to form corrosion pits. Thecorrosion products of blank and coated specimens flushed were mainly α-Fe2O3,α-FeOOH,γ-FeOOH,γ-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 phases.
