摘要: 在纤维增强复合材料表面涂覆一层防护涂层,可赋予其优异的综合性能,提高其使用效率并延长服役寿命。文中首先介绍了纤维增强复合材料的分类、应用和发展方向,轻量、环保、智能化是未来的发展趋势。随后,讨论了纤维增强复合材料表面防护涂层的分类,重点论述了其表面防护涂层的附着力增强策略和方法。进一步论述了交通运输、能源装备等领域中纤维增强复合材料表面防护涂层的开发策略和应用研究现状。最后,针对存在的问题进行总结与展望,明确表面防护涂层的水性化是大势所趋,且涂层的开发将紧密结合性能、成本及环保等指标。

Abstract: By applying a protective coating on the surface of fiber reinforced compositescould give them excellent comprehensive performance,improve their usage efficiency andprolong their life. This review firstly introduced the classification,application,and direction of fiber reinforced composites,and lightweight,environmental and intelligence were the future development trends. Then,the classification of surface protective coating for fiber reinforced composites was discussed,focusing on the adhesion enhancement strategies and methods. Moreover,the preparation strategy and application research status of surface protective coatingon fiber reinforced composite in transportation,energy equipment and other fields were discussed. Finally,summarized the existing problems and outlook,it was clear that the waterborne surface protective coating was the general trend,and the development of coatingwill be closely integrated with the performance,cost and environmental protection.
