我国内墙涂料 VOC与 SVOC含量的分析及建议

Analysis and Suggestions on VOC and SVOC Contents of Interior Wall Coatings in China

摘要: 内墙涂料中的 VOC和 SVOC对室内和环境空气质量都有负面影响,通过产品标准限值管控已成为趋势。但国内尚无定量的内墙涂料 SVOC含量限值要求,基于实测的 VOC、SVOC含量的协同研究存在空缺。本研究抽选了 52个来自不同渠道、厂商、等级的具有代表性的内墙涂料样本,对其 VOC和 SVOC含量进行了测试分析。结果显示, 69%内墙涂料同时检出 VOC和 SVOC,且 VOC含量低于 SVOC含量。 VOC含量、 SVOC含量分别在 0~10 g/L、40~50 g/L区间段出现频次最高。一等品中 SVOC指标偏高,检出率、含量均大于合格品,添加高沸点助剂情况最为明显。内墙涂料应协同限制 VOC和 SVOC含量,建议在后续工作中首先明确涂料产品中 SVOC及其含量指标定义,将 SVOC含量限值纳入内墙涂料产品质量管控指标,并同步开展涂料中活性物质及其对环境空气质量影响的研究。

Abstract: The VOC and SVOC in interior wall coatings have negative impacts on bothindoor and ambient air quality,and it has become a trend to control them through product standard limits. However,there was no quantitative requirement for SVOC content limit ofinterior wall coatings in China and there was a gap in coordinating resaearch based on themeasured VOC and SVOC contents. In this paper,52 represetative samples from various purcahsing channels,brands,and product grades were randomly collected,and the VOC and SVOC contents of which were measured and analyzed. The resualts showed that VOC andSVOC were simultaneous detected in 69% of samples,and the VOC contents were lower than the SVOC contents. The highest frequency of VOC and SVOC contents distributed at 0~10 g/Land 40~50 g/L,respectively. The SVOC detction ratio and contens in“First Grade”products were both greater than that of“Qualified Grade”products,and which was most obvious for those products with high-boiling-point solvents. Thus the VOC and SVOC contents in interiorwall coatings should be coordinating limited. It is recommended to first clarify the definition ofSVOC and its content indicators in paint products in subsequent work,incorporate SVOC content limits into indoor air quality control indicators,and simultaneously conduct researchon active substances in coatings and their impact on environmental air quality.
